By purchasing or using Quick Image ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Quick Image is developed and operated by Rapid Design Tools ("we", "us", "our").

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Quick Image. Each license key is valid for one user. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.

3. Payment

Quick Image is a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in euros and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. As Quick Image is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, no refunds are provided. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Quick Image for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose

6. Privacy

Quick Image operates locally in your browser. We do not collect personal data, images, or browsing information. The only network request made is for license key validation. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & Updates

We aim to keep Quick Image available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features at our discretion. Updates are delivered automatically through the Chrome Web Store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quick Image is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Design Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
